As a watch enthusiast and collector that has believed AP is mostly hype, I’ve not paid them much attention. This may have changed now that featured AP Chronicles in this post. Thanks very much for helping me kick preconceived notions to the curb.
The LIP is the first “electronic” watch (as specified on the dial), which is the more significant technical milestone rather than simply calling it the second electric watch. While technically accurate, calling it just an electric watch misses the point.
